Information on the AY 2021 Graduation Ceremony and the AY 2022 Entrance Ceremony

We are preparing to have the AY 2021 Graduation Ceremony and the AY 2022 Entrance Ceremony as following manners.
The Graduation Ceremony Program
●Date: Saturday, March 26, 2022
The ceremony will be held with two parts separately as undergraduate ceremony and graduate school ceremony.
Undergraduate Ceremony: 11:00~
Graduate School Ceremony: 13:00~
●Venue: Nagoya Civic Assembly Hall URL: https://nagoyashi-kokaido.hall-info.jp/
●Participation in this ceremony will be limited to graduating students.
(In order to prevent the infection and the spread of COVID-19, we would like to ask families of graduating students to refrain from visiting the ceremony.)
●The ceremony will be streamed on the internet simultaneously.
The Entrance Ceremony Program
●Date: Wednesday, April 6, 2022
The ceremony will be held with two parts separately as undergraduate ceremony and graduate school ceremony.
Undergraduate Ceremony: 12:00~
Graduate School Ceremony: 14:00~
●Venue: Nagoya Civic Assembly Hall URL: https://nagoyashi-kokaido.hall-info.jp/
●Participation in this ceremony will be limited to new students.
(In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we would like to ask families of admitted students to refrain from visiting the ceremony.)
●The ceremony will be streamed on the internet simultaneously.
The ceremonies will be held with less than 50 percent of the capacity of the Nagoya Civic Assembly Hall, therefore, 776 people will be allowed to enter for the big hall (1st floor~3rd floor). The participants who can not enter the big hall will attend to the live streaming on the 4th floor of the hall.
All seats are assigned at the ceremonies. You will receive a ticket of "notification of the seat assigned number" at the reception of the ceremonies, and you will take a seat the ticket indicates.
※The seats will be determined in order at the reception (on a first-come-first-served basis).
We will inform you more detailed information about the ceremonies later via our website.
According to the situation of infection with COVID-19, how we hold the ceremonies may be subject to change on short notice.
